Jackoway Austen, one of the most prominent Hollywood entertainment law firms that represents such bold-faced names as J.J. Abrams and Margot Robbie, has promoted five partners to the door.
Effective immediately, Michael Auerbach, Jeff Hynick, Kimberly Jaime, Ryan LeVine and Peter Sample are named partners in the 47-year-old firm. The quintet joining existing partners Jim Jackoway, Karl Austen, Barry Tyerman, Alan Wertheimer, Jamie Mandelbaum, Marcy Morris, Jeff Bernstein, Darren Trattner and Debby Klein.
Austen and Mandelbaum, the firm’s managing partners, made the announcement Thursday.

With the announcement, the firm officially changes its name to Jackoway Austen Tyerman Wertheimer Mandelbaum Morris Bernstein Trattner Auerbach Hynick Jaime LeVine Sample & Klein.
The firm, founded in 1977, represents many of the most prolific and creative writers, directors, producers and actors working in the industry today, including Wes Anderson, Edward Berger, David Corenswet, Jamie Lee Curtis, Ariana DeBose, Dan Erickson, Will Ferrell, Mia Goth, Samuel L. Jackson, Travis Kelce, Nicole Kidman, Jimmy Kimmel, Jude Law, Seth MacFarlane, Carey Mulligan, Hiro Murai, Niecy Nash, Jenna Ortega, Pedro Pascal, Eddie Redmayne, Celine Song, Octavia Spencer and Hannah Waddingham.
